ACHIEVEMENTS:

 

  • Setting up the HR environment in the new Iasi Capgemini Center (being the only HR representative of the IT Outsourcing Center until January 2011);
  • Implementation of all HR procedures from ITO Poland;
  • Creation of new local HR procedures;
  •  Implementing employee motivation system including following areas: recruiting, compensation & benefits, communication, work environment, learning and development;
  • Recruiting about 100 new employees in 2010, coordinating the recruitment process for 4 new teams (working closely with the transition managers);
  • Becoming a real link between employees and management;
  • Promoting the new Capgemini ITO Center on the local labor market and making sure that candidates want to work for our company;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop relationship with internal clients, seeking to diagnose organizational needs;
  • Coordinating 3 employees in HR (Recruiting and L&D Specialist from January 2011, Receptionist / Part-time recruiter from January 2010 and Health & Safety Responsible from January 2010);
  • Liaise with managers to resolve employee relations issues;
  • Provide advice on Romanian labor code issues;
  • Investigate and analyze training effectiveness within the account, ensure execution of the training plans;
  • Support management in performance appraisal process and identify candidates for promotion;
  • Support management in identifying successors, provide input to creating individual development plans and career paths planning;
  • Support management in talent identification and propose appropriate talent management programs;
  • Develop the recruitment area (2010) and coordinate HR Recruitment specialist (2011);
  • Conduct presentations / workshops on HR related matters to ensure all managers are familiar with Capgemini approach to performance appraisal process, succession planning and other processes and projects;
  • Co-ordination of the annual Employee Opinion Survey results, propose solutions and drive initiatives aimed at increasing employee satisfaction;
  • Provide all necessary data for payroll and HR administration as well as close contact with HR service provider;
  • Together with L&D function, design and executes team development/ team integration activities for the accounts;
